Physical And Mental Health Course Introduction

Under the pressure of busy modern lifestyles, many people suppress their emotions due to work or their family over a long period of time. This has taken an effect on their physical and mental health without their knowledge.

Through attending and learning in this course, students can gain a deeper understanding of their own physical health, mental health and personality. This is a course that combines traditional Chinese medicine and psychology to accompany learning. Students will be able to individually discuss their physical and mental state with their instructor. Whilst gaining health through traditional Chinese medicine, students will learn how to utilise psychological techniques to dispel pressure. Through this, physical and mental health treatment or preventative measures are achieved. In addition, the instructor will formulate for each student an individualistic and tailored method for health maintenance.
